Profile Your Execution Gap
The ExGAP Profile is a great way to begin to understand your Execution
Gap and to get to know Perforex. This
qualitative review of your operation identifies the difference
between how your organization is currently operating and its
potential. This small investment yields impressive output and is
ideal to get staff bought into the opportunities surrounding
execution, and sets the stage for an ExGAP Assessment or Analysis.
Perforex will dedicate its most
seasoned specialists to conduct the Profile of your operation.
The Perforex team will examine
the operating discipline of your organization, the effectiveness
of your management tools, and the processes that impact execution.
The ExGAP Profile starts structured interviews with selected
managers, supervisors, and operators, and then moves to shop
floor observations where the quality and usage levels of your
management processes will be examined.
ExGAPTM Profile Deliverables
You will be provided with a snapshot of your organization's
execution effectiveness. An Execution Effectiveness Scorecard
will outline the results of the review, and identify
opportunities for improvement within your operations. Not
least, the ExGAP Profile will challenge the prevailing view
of how your business is currently managed and the results
generated.
