Keeping Your Team on Track
An ExGAP Audit protects the investment you made in your ExGAP
Project by assessing your organization's on-going level of execution
effectiveness.
ExGAP Audits are scheduled periodically following the completion
of an ExGAP Project. In most cases, a member from the original
Perforex team returns to your operation to conduct
the week-long exercise. The consultant's familiarity with your
organization will enable a speedy assessment of the current
situation. During the on-site visit, the condition of your
management processes and degree of utilization will be assessed
at all levels within the organization. This is accomplished
through interviews with select managers, supervisors and operators;
shop floor observations; and, a review of management and
reporting tools.
ExGAP Assessment Deliverables
At the end of the visit you will be presented with an ExGAP
Audit Report illustrating the elements of execution that continue
to go well, and what areas need specific attention. Where areas
of opportunity are identified, action plans will be developed
with you and your team to ensure that the necessary "tweaks" are
made to maintain execution as a competitive competency for your
organization.
