Position: Project Consultant (Junior and Senior Level)

Assignment Locations: Currently throughout Canada and the United States with potential opportunities in other international locations. Because all projects require a high degree of industry specialization, Perforex provides extensive introductory and continuing training and education. New consultants are paired with veteran consultants, who coach them in their professional development.

Residency Options: Perforex has regional offices in Toronto,ON, Atlanta, GA and Portland, OR. We are committed to building our community of consultants by staffing open positions as close to our regional offices as possible. Where exceptions are made, easy access to a major airport is required.

Work Description: Under the direction of a Project Manager, a two-person Project Team develops and implements operating systems and practices that result in improved performance. Consultants travel extensively, and they are regularly on the actual job sites four to five days per week for periods lasting up to one year.

Compensation: Starting salaries are based upon qualifications, independent of bonuses and allowances. Perforex offers a comprehensive medical and dental plan. Additionally, Canadian consultants receive supplemental coverage to their existing National Health Plan packages.
