General Qualifications:
- Willingness to travel extensively and operate outside the conventional 9-5 culture.
- MBA preferred, with 3-5 years of business experience, preferably in an operations or process improvement role.
- Ability to manage and implement change.
- Highly organized, motivated, and able to work autonomously or with limited supervision.
- Superior analytical skills, including problem solving and challenges related to business and economics
- Keen instincts and an understanding of operating/manufacturing environments.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio. Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Equally comfortable in the "board room" or the "shop floor."
