General Qualifications:

• Willingness to travel extensively and operate outside the conventional 9-5 culture.
• MBA preferred, with 3-5 years of business experience, preferably in an operations or process improvement role.
• Ability to manage and implement change.
• Highly organized, motivated, and able to work autonomously or with limited supervision.
• Superior analytical skills, including problem solving and challenges related to business and economics
• Keen instincts and an understanding of operating/manufacturing environments.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio. Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Equally comfortable in the "board room" or the "shop floor."
